Where is the Maison de la Cerise?

Nestling beneath the Causse Noir plateau, the village of Paulhe is just at the entrance to the Tarn Gorges. As you can tell from the orchards that surround the village, from Carbassas up to La Lauset, all the tree growers are cherry producers. The cherry trees adorn the local scenery throughout the seasons.
This exquisite fruit demands attentive hands to take good care of it. Paulhe is the smallest commune (administrative district) in Aveyron and is both lively and proud of its past. Nowadays cherry-growing is an essential element of the valley’s cultural and human heritage. Consequently, we came up with the idea of a cherry-themed meeting and exchange centre: “La Maison de la Cerise”.
