There are guided walking tours every Friday in the cherry orchards. This walk takes about 2 hours and will show you the cherry tree in its natural environment. Starts 4pm (free of charge, but prior booking is necessary at the Maison de la Cerise).
During the first days of spring, this little “white walking tour” in the orchards is the perfect opportunity for taking advantage of the good weather of the new season and of the wonderful spectacle of the cherry trees in flower.
During the course of the day you’ll have a chance to see professionals (tree surgeons and nurserymen) performing pruning, decorative clipping and grafting demonstrations on cherry trees and plum trees. The association will be distributing free grafts from old varieties of cherry trees.
